Returns and Exchanges Policies

 Thank you for being a customer! We know that fitting toddler feet can be difficult at times and finding the right fit may take another try! We’ve got you.

Guidelines

  • You have 10 days from receiving our item to start a return.
  • Shoe must be sent back in its original packaging, including extra accessories/crayons.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shoes must be in new/unused condition. Signs of wear and/or scuffing will not be accepted and return will not be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

Follow these steps to start a return:

  1. Visit our returns page here and fill out the return form accordingly. Make sure your order number, contact information and items you wish to return and included and filled out correctly. Order numbers can be found in “my orders” once you login to your account, or via confirmation email when order was placed. 
  2. Orders returned without using the return forum will not be accepted.
  3. Your shipping label and instructions will be sent via email provided within 24 to 48 hours.
*We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

 

 Return Payment

  1. Return payments will be posted ONLY to the form of payment the shoes were made with. Once we receive the item/s, we will send a confirmation email that your return has been approved and we’ve refunded the balance. Please allow 48 hours for reimbursement to be posted.
  2. If you live outside the U.S, you will be responsible for any additional costs.

The easiest way to exchange your purchase is by filling out the return form and placing a new order with the correct color or size.
